Anoa Rice Enzyme Brightening Cleansing Powder is a fragrance-free cleansing powder with mild ingredients that leaves skin radiant and even. Contains Anoa Rice Water +, a complex that includes rice extract, arbutin and papain to address dull and uneven skin tone. Gently exfoliates the skin’s surface with a mild alpha hydroxy acid that smooths skin texture and tone. Soothes and hydrates skin with glycerin, allantoin and ceramides that protect the skin barrier.
The ingredients we chose:
- Rice Water: Contains antioxidants, minerals and vitamins to stimulate the skin and improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and brown spots.
- Arbutin: An ingredient that gives the skin a healthy and fresh appearance, gently lightens it from age spots or pigmentation. It is obtained from the extract of cranberries, blueberries, bilberries, etc. It has an antiseptic effect, relieves swelling and redness of the skin. It can be combined with vitamin C, niacinamide, retinol, hyaluronic acid and other acids.
- Papain enzymes: Found in many exfoliating products, they help reduce acne by removing dead cells. Papain can also remove damaged keratin that can build up on the skin and form small bumps.
- Alpha Hydroxy Acids: Renew dead skin cells, remove pigmentation and acne scars. Tighten pores and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Has antioxidant properties that rid the skin of oils and acne. Boosts collagen and elastin production in the skin.
- Glycerin: moisturizes the outer layer of the skin (stratum corneum), improves the skin barrier function, accelerates wound healing processes, relieves dry skin.
- Allantoin: Helps moisturize, exfoliate and heal the skin. Allantoin has been shown to increase collagen production, which improves skin elasticity.
- Ceramides: Found in the cell membranes of the epidermis and are oily in nature. They help restore and moisturize the skin barrier. Without ceramides, the skin becomes dry and irritated.
It can be used in two ways depending on the amount of water we use.
- As a wash-off face mask (Step 3)
- As a cleaning foam (step 2)
Contains no fragrance, oils, alcohol, silicones, allergens, sulfates or parabens. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
